EEK! It's the 19th and I haven't updated in a while.

1) RotK was awesome! Strongest movie in the series and, allowing for the release of the extended DVD, I'd say it's making a viable case for "best trilogy of all time"
2) Alternators are TOO FUCKING EXPENSIVE! It's just a magnet on an axle and some copper wiring in a cast steel shell. Where does that translate to $190 retail?
3) Christmas shopping is all finished, and I'm glad. I'm so fucking tired of christmas retail and I just want it to end, in a fiery death, at my hands.
4) 654 boxes is a lot.
5) Fleece sucks.

That's pretty much my entire past two days in a nutshell. Thankfully, we'll be done with this christmas bullshit in about a week, then it's 3am shipment on the Saturday afterwards, and then a slow but steady return to normality.

I get to go watch Return of the King tomorrow at 4:15 on the ultrascreen in Madison. It is now 9:27am today and I have to work tonight. This may be the longest night in history.

The Center -> Issues And Resignation...

Hmm, I would think the feelings expressed here lend themselves to a certain amount of finality. Apparently I was wrong, or someone was lying. At this juncture, I'm more inclined to say the latter. Now we get to relive the joyous back-and-forth of the idiot trio as they steadily bang their foreheads against one another for the remainder of eternity.

I think I've broken the FF-X part of my brain. I played FFX for several hours this morning, and decided to undertake the task of running everyone through the sphere grid again to pick up the nodes they're missing. After burning up 99 sphere levels with 4 characters, my head started to hurt so I quit that and watched TV for a while. Then I played X-2 for a LONG time trying to level up so I can finish the damn game and start over...so I can actually play it RIGHT. I'll sit with the guide in one hand and the controller in the other and play it out step by step until I have episode complete on every fucking area and get my fucking mascot spheres!
